The problem
Managing multiple freelance accounts manually creates inconsistent reporting, weak accountability, and fragmented financial tracking. There was no lightweight internal system to enforce structured AM/PM shift reporting, track operator performance, and keep a reliable audit trail across Fiverr, Upwork, and direct clients.
The client need
A lean, server-first ops platform with role-based access, duplicate-proof reporting, automated missing-submission alerts, and dashboards for earnings, withdrawals, and performance.
What I built
I built miniGigsHub solo from scratch as a serverless SaaS: shift-based accountability, Clerk auth with admin/operator roles, cron email alerts, Recharts analytics, CSV export, and PostgreSQL + Prisma integrity rules.
Shift-based accountability
- AM/PM reporting workflow for operators
- Duplicate-prevention constraints for data integrity
- Append-only reporting structure with a full audit trail
Access, automation & analytics
- Admin and Operator roles with scoped dashboards via Clerk
- Cron-based email alerts for missing shift reports
- Earnings, withdrawals, and performance dashboards with Recharts
- CSV export for external reporting
